The wonderful thing about fiction is that one is limited only by one’s imagination.  With The Chronicles of the Sons of None we have a story crafted around multiple “what if” scenarios and have explored some daring concepts that allow us to ask questions we might not normally ask.  What if John the Apostle did not die, just like the wild rumor that spread among the disciples after the resurrection of Jesus?  What if, as according to some traditions, Shem and Melchizedek were one and the same person and immortal?  What if the Lord made arrangements for the safekeeping of the two trees from the Garden of Eden through the hands of Noah and Shem?  What might heaven be like for friends and loved ones who have gone on before us?  Does God communicate with people in dreams?  Are there angels walking among us today and do they travel from heaven to earth on assignment?  Are there also demons and fallen angels on the earth who are following unholy orders?

The Chronicles of the Sons of None is the opening volume in an ongoing series which explores these and many other questions.  While the saga is built around one family, the Bridges family, the story is much more complex than just an ordinary family of believers going about their daily lives.  We find one family member, Connor, being abruptly thrown into a supernatural realm of unbelievable dimensions that has life-altering implications for his life and the life of his family.

As the series continues, we will discover that in book one the fantastic events for the Bridges family have really only just begun.  With Connor and his seven siblings, the possibilities for extraordinary adventures grow exponentially as The Chronicles of the Sons of None continue and we ask a whole lot of what ifs.

Come!  Enjoy the ride!
