Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. If you like historical fiction mingled with romance and the rugged west then you are in the right place. My grandmother introduced me to historical fiction when I was eleven by giving me my first novel, Love Comes Softly, by Janette Oke. I was instantly intrigued and read through the series as quickly as possible. A few years after this began an intense desire to write my own stories. I put it off for several more years and then finally…secretly…began writing my first novel, Freedom to Love. I wrote it over the summer of 2001, printed it, and put it on a shelf where it set for a year. Finally, I shared the book with my husband. He was a bit stunned as I am not a very talkative person to say the least! He began reading the novel and surprisingly finished it in one week! He told me to publish it but again, lacking the courage, I placed it back on the shelf. A year after this I became really good friends with a lady from our church and eventually opened up to her about my novel. She asked to read it and was very encouraging as well. I started attending Writers Bloc in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma which eventually instilled in me the courage to follow through and pursue publishing my work. By this time I had finished book two in the series and had started on book three. And so as they say, the rest is history. I hope you enjoy my stories! Rhonda Kulczyk
